3. No Guarantee of Results

However, individual results will vary.

We do not guarantee:

A specific level of income
A particular number of transactions
Increased commissions or revenue
Increased profitability
A specific number of referrals or leads
Business growth
Increased market share
Improved productivity
Specific personal or professional outcomes
Any particular return on investment

Results depend on many factors, including individual effort, implementation, experience, skills, consistency, local market conditions, economic conditions, brokerage environment, competition, and circumstances outside our control.

4. Enrollment and Participation

Participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for a consultation, coaching program, training program, or other service.

Amy Bayer Real Estate Coaching reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment where reasonably necessary.

Enrollment may be declined or cancelled if:

A program has reached capacity
Payment requirements have not been completed
A participant is not considered an appropriate fit for a program

Participation may materially disrupt the experience of other participants
A participant violates these Terms

Enrollment is considered confirmed only after all required registration steps and applicable payments have been completed.

5. Fees and Payments

All applicable program fees, coaching fees, consulting fees, or other charges will be communicated before enrollment or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Participants agree to pay all fees according to the terms communicated during registration, checkout, invoicing, or enrollment.

Where installment or recurring payment plans are offered, the participant authorizes the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make required payments may result in:

Suspension of services
Cancellation of scheduled sessions
Loss of access to coaching materials
Removal from a program
Termination of participation

Participants remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed under an agreed payment arrangement.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Because Amy Bayer Real Estate Coaching programs involve reserved coaching time, limited program capacity, preparation, resources, and access to proprietary materials, payments are generally non-refundable once a program or coaching engagement has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

For coaching sessions that require rescheduling, participants should provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever reasonably possible.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be rescheduled.

Amy Bayer Real Estate Coaching may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling in cases involving emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

Failure to attend sessions or participate in a program does not automatically entitle the participant to:

A refund
Additional sessions
An extension of the program
A credit toward another service

Where a specific enrollment agreement, invoice, proposal, or program page contains different cancellation or refund terms, those specific terms will apply to that service.

7. Program Schedules and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to provide coaching sessions, training sessions, consultations, and programs according to published or agreed schedules.

However, dates, times, session formats, instructors, content, or program structures may occasionally need to change due to:

Illness
Scheduling conflicts
Technology problems
Emergencies
Events outside our reasonable control

Where reasonably possible, participants will receive advance notice of material changes.

Amy Bayer Real Estate Coaching may provide a replacement session, revised schedule, alternative delivery method, or other reasonable solution when necessary.

8. Participant Responsibilities

Coaching results depend substantially on participant engagement and implementation.

Participants agree to:

Attend scheduled sessions where reasonably possible
Participate professionally and respectfully
Take responsibility for their own business decisions
Complete agreed action items at their own discretion
Respect the privacy of other participants
Maintain appropriate professional conduct
Avoid unauthorized recording of sessions
Avoid distributing proprietary materials
Comply with applicable real estate regulations and brokerage requirements

Amy Bayer Real Estate Coaching may remove a participant from a program for threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, illegal, fraudulent, or materially disruptive behavior.

9. Group Coaching and Confidentiality

Certain programs may include group coaching sessions, accountability groups, workshops, or discussions involving multiple participants.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by other participants.

Participants may not intentionally record, publish, distribute, reproduce, or publicly disclose private information shared by another participant without that participant’s permission.

Because group programs involve independent third parties, Amy Bayer Real Estate Coaching cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.

Participants should therefore exercise reasonable judgment before sharing:
